Our Vision

The Critical Thinking Initiative is a dynamic nonprofit organization launched in May of 2023. Using a proven modality based in classical approaches to thinking, we are dedicated to addressing the pressing need for comprehensive critical thinking education in schools nationwide. Recognizing the transformative power of improved critical thinking skills, we are committed to equipping students with the essential abilities and mindsets required for effective critical thinking and informed decision-making.

At the core of our educational approach is a deep appreciation for the wisdom of the great philosophical thinkers throughout history. By learning from the great thinkers, students gain insights into different philosophical perspectives and develop a nuanced understanding of complex issues. We believe that the vitality of logic cannot be overstated, and we emphasize its role in fostering rigorous and well-reasoned thinking.

One of our primary goals is to extend the benefits of critical thinking beyond the classroom.
